Refund & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve your space and secure retreat planning, accommodations, and preparation costs. The deposit is applied toward the total retreat cost unless the retreat is paid in full at the time of registration.
Because retreat spaces are limited and preparation begins well in advance, the following Cancellation Policy applies:
45 Days or More Before Retreat Start Date
Your 30% non-refundable deposit may be transferred one time to another participant attending the same retreat.
Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded minus applicable processing fees, or transferred as retreat credit at the discretion of the organizer.
45–22 Days Before Retreat Start Date
Payments made beyond the deposit may be transferred one time to another participant attending the same retreat.
No refunds will be issued during this period.
21 Days or Less Before Retreat Start Date
No refunds will be issued.
Transfers to another participant are not guaranteed and are subject to organizer approval and available intake processing time.
14 Days or Less Before Retreat Start Date
No refunds or transfer credits will be issued.
Any transferred participant must complete all required intake forms, agreements, and medical screening prior to acceptance into the retreat.
All retreat balances must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the retreat start date in order to guarantee participation.
If a participant is unable to attend due to a disqualifying medical, psychological, or contraindicated condition that was not disclosed prior to booking, refunds may be denied. Participants who are unable to participate in plant medicine ceremonies due to undisclosed contraindications may still attend other retreat activities, but no partial refund will be issued.
If the retreat must be canceled, postponed, or interrupted due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control — including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, travel restrictions, political unrest, illness, venue disruption, or other force majeure events — payments made may be transferred toward a future retreat. Refunds are not guaranteed under these circumstances.
Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of the retreat organizer.
