My brother Dickie's spirit of altruism was of making the most important things in life accessible to all. Good music, hot food, and freedom to be who you are were things he advocated for daily, even if it came at a price or great sacrifice.

The Great Busk" is a one-day live music competition and fundraising event happening on June 6th in Richmond's Arts District, near Gallery 5. It's a busking competition where musicians of all styles can perform, collect donations via QR codes, and support local nonprofits.
After a ten-year hiatus, The Great Busk returns to Richmond for a powerful celebration of roots music, visual art, and immigrant creativity.
