The Temazcal—a traditional sweat lodge ceremony guided through heat, steam, prayer, and song—invites participants into a powerful experience of release, renewal, grounding, and rebirth. Rooted in Indigenous tradition, the ceremony supports deep cleansing for the body, mind, and spirit while reconnecting participants to the elements, the breath, and themselves.
The Cacao Ceremony offers a gentler but equally profound space for heart activation, emotional softening, creativity, connection, and intention setting. Through ritual cacao and live music combined with Serpent Heart Integration, participants are invited into a shamanic journey of deeper presence and connection with themselves and the group.
